ESSENTIAL ENERGY & EMOTIONS
Simple Energy Principles & Practices to Balance Your Energy with Essential Oils
This class addresses the basics of emotional and energetic systems of the body, such as the chakra and meridians, and how those systems affect the physical body thereby. The goal is to educate the attendees on how physical symptoms can be related back to their emotional states, and then give tools through the use of doTERRA essential oil applications in targeted areas to bring greater balance back to these systems and relieve both mental and physical stress.

REIKI 1, 2 & MASTER LEVELS
Access Healing Through Your Own Hands
Come and learn traditional Usui Reiki. In level one, students are taught the basics of Reiki including the history, and basics such as hand positions with practice time afterwards. Level two teaches the symbols, distance healing, and includes more practice. The master level is a one day class followed by mentorship with Christa for a year afterwards.
